…it is my back yard! 8:23 PM – Andre the excavator is still at it! This is what happens when you don’t show up until after 2:00. His problem - not mine. Anyway we did pass our first (of nine) inspections today.

This year Nancy and my Mom pilfered the grounds of Mashpee Commons and Nancy created this masterpiece!

The plumber needs to replace the shut off valve, so the city comes by to shut off the water. Nancy fills every bucket in the house with water – just in case. But the plumber doesn’t like the condition of the steel pipe from the street to the main. A few hours and $1200 later, a backhoe demolishes the front garden and I am the proud owner of a new copper intake pipe!
